1. UPDATE FROM THE EDITING ROOM
============================================
Have we finished the editing of UNDER JAKOB'S LADDER?
Not yet. But the wait will be worth it. I think it was filmmaker Howard Hawks who said that when you set yourself the task of making a movie, you end up with three movies: the one you write, the one you direct/shoot, and the one you edit.
The edit for 'Under Jakob's Ladder' is proving to be quite different from the script. We are in the process of trimming the "fat" so to speak. Several scenes have been completely cut; the order of events has changed; we have even had to go back to Chester and reshoot some additional footage.
So, be patient. It will be ready soon. We have begun the process of submitting to film festivals. And we will keep you updated on our progress.

2. Q&A WITH ACTOR JEFF STEWART
============================================
Over the past couple of months, our blog has been featuring a series of Q&As with cast members of UNDER JAKOB'S LADDER. The most recent Q&A is with actor Jeff Stewart, who plays the role of Jakob.
Here's an excerpt of what Jeff Stewart had to say...
Q: What did you enjoy the most about working on this film?
A: Working all day every day for a month in character is an absolute luxury. You relax into the person completely, and winding down late at night with the crew was a blessing and a joy.
